Former Faulkner doc with fists of fury admits she punched a cop in the Capitol on Jan. 6

Starer about to punch cop

Starer captured by officer's body-worn camera in the process of hurling punch.

Dr. Jacquelyn Starer of Ashland, formerly affiliated with Faulkner Hospital, admitted today she rushed a line of cops in the Capitol and punched one as she screamed "fucking bitch!" at her on Jan. 6.

A judge in US District Court in Washington set her sentencing for Sept. 5 on the six misdemeanor charges to which she pleaded guilty: Entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds, engaging in physical violence in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly conduct in a Capitol building, act of physical violence in the Capitol grounds or buildings, and parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building.

Most of the charges have a maximum one-year sentence, but one could net her a maximum of eight years behind bars. Defendants with no prior records and who plead guilty, however, typically get a reduction in the calculations judges use to determine a sentence. Both sides have until Aug. 29 to submit sentencing recommendations for the judge.

Lines of cops is what separates us from anarchy and chaos.

Was it BCN?

The only reason I know about that quote is because some radio station played it regularly. I'm guessing WBCN.

She let her licenses lapse last year - probably to avoid having them blocked and revoked.

Passes a fake $20, and gets his neck knelt upon.

This (expletive) actually lands a haymaker, and lives to tell about it. America.

..."physical violence" is a misdemeanor, apparently.

Deny, Deny, deny and delay, delay, delay only works for Donald Trump. He used to be President of the United States believe it or not. But even for him it doesn't always work.

How she could deny she was there with that particular photo evidence and the multitude of others they have of her in the Capitol is the worse case of denial I've ever heard of.
